One Night of Wellington
with Chef Rocco Whalen
Join us for an exclusive evening at Fahrenheit featuring a special culinary experience hosted by Chef Rocco Whalen. This one-night event celebrates the classic elegance of Beef Wellington, paired with a curated pour of Caymus Cabernet.
Guests will begin the evening with passed canapés including bacon-wrapped chorizo-stuffed dates and fresh crudités, followed by a vibrant goat cheese crispy salad with sour cherry tapenade, cured ham, arugula, balsamic, and honey.
The highlight of the night is Chef Rocco’s signature Beef Wellington—a perfectly seared beef tenderloin layered with truffled mushroom duxelles and foie gras, wrapped in delicate puff pastry and finished with a rich red wine reduction.
The evening concludes with a decadent Bananas Foster dessert, prepared with banana, brown sugar, butter, orange juice, banana liqueur, and rum, served over house-made banana bread with vanilla ice cream.
This intimate dining experience takes place April 17 at 6:30 PM and is priced at $145++ per person.
