This multi-course evening begins with curated canapés and a featured pour of Caymus Cabernet, followed by a thoughtfully composed menu showcasing Chef Rocco’s signature Beef Wellington — seared beef tenderloin layered with truffled mushroom duxelles, foie gras, and wrapped in golden puff pastry, finished with red wine reduction.

The experience concludes with a decadent Bananas Foster dessert, served warm over house-made banana bread with vanilla ice cream.
