SUMMARY:NEW YEAR'S EVE 2026 FAHRENHEIT CLEVELAND
DESCRIPTION:Ring in the New Year with an unforgettable four course dining experience at Fahrenheit Cleveland\n \nJoin us on December 31 from 4 PM to 11 PM for a chef curated celebration featuring seasonal ingredients\, premium seafood and meat\, and elevated dishes created to mark the occasion with style.  Dinner is 125 dollars plus service and tax per person\, with the option to add our rooftop New Year’s Eve party from 10 PM to 2 AM for an additional 80 dollars. The rooftop add on is available only to guests who dine with us for this special experience.  First Course Guests may choose from Fahrenheit Sashimi with tuna\, kanpachi\, scallop\, and fatty tuna\, Wagyu Carpaccio with white soy and fried shallots\, or our Shaved Cauliflower Salad with pistachios\, golden raisins\, radicchio\, and lemon Greek dressing.  Course Two Selections include Cold Japanese Soba with green tea noodles and salmon sashimi\, Oyster Roccofeller with creamed spinach and bacon\, or Mushroom Toast with fresh truffles.  Course Three Entrees feature a Six Ounce Filet Oscar with confit potatoes and Dungeness crab bechamel\, Miso Black Cod with baby bok choy and steamed rice\, or Spicy Lobster Fettuccine with oven dried tomatoes and Calabrian chilis. Guests may upgrade their Filet Oscar to a ten ounce filet for an additional twenty dollars.  Dessert Course Choose from Espresso Martini Cheesecake with Baileys whipped cream or Japanese Sweet Potato Creme Brulee with vanilla crumble and ube ice cream.  A credit card is required to reserve. \n \nNo substitutions. A 20 percent service fee and 8 percent sales tax apply. One week advance notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations after this window will incur a fee of 125 dollars per person plus service and tax.\n
